After the disappointing Cheika left out, Samu looks to the 2023 Rugby World Cup

Wallabies coach Michael Cheika on the eve of the 2019 World Cup Pete Samu doesn't know why he lost courtesy. He had wrapped up his life in New Zealand and switched to Australian rugby. Rugby Fans can buy France Rugby World Cup Tickets from our website.

But just as Samu nearly missed Waratahs contract with Cheika at the helm of New South Wales in 2013, the post-Wallabies rowers thought it was a blessing in disguise.

"It's very disappointing, I haven't gotten too many opinions," Samu told The Herald on Friday.  I need to spend more time at home, missing is a big problem but at home, it's solved."

Saturday's rugby championship test against Argentina will be Samu's 15th time wearing a gold jersey, but this is his first time wearing the number 6 jersey. With the support of his new coach, Dave Rennie, Samu resolutely returned to his dream of making the Rugby World Cup a reality.

A traditional number 8 player, Samu has been used more on the bench of late and has proven to be one of Australia's most dangerous players in the last three trotting wins.

But after being poached by the Crusaders, it seemed a bit easy to run just 15 tests in four seasons of international rugby.

Cheika reached an agreement with Brumbies in mid-2018 and successfully brought Samu back to the Australian rugby team. The Melbourne-born product flattered Randwick's shoes in his early years. After making his debut in Brisbane's game against Ireland, he took part in nine tests in 2018.

From the initial release to out of the picture at all, Samu decided to attend a family wedding instead of the wallaby training camp in early 2019 and it wouldn't do him any good.

A source familiar with the situation said that when he decided to participate in family activities, Cheika immediately wrote a line in Samu's name.

Samu has fond memories of his days in Randwick in 2012 and 2013 and wants to play Super Rugby in Australia. But he rose to fame after moving to New Zealand, where he played 33 games for the Champions Crusaders from 2016 to 2018.

I don't know how close I am to getting the contract, but I think I was there. It didn't work out, it was a blessing in disguise.

Samu was excited to play alongside Brumbies teammate Rob Valetini for the first time this weekend in a test, and he said their roles aren't too different.
