Central defender Gerard Pique gave his opinion about the upcoming El Clasico match this Sunday.

Tomorrow, El Clasico is going to happen. This will be the first El Clasico in many years when Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos will not be playing for Barcelona. Gerard Pique gave his opinion about this El Clasico that Ansu Fati and Vinicius will steal the show as they are new young talented boys. Fans can buy El Clasico Tickets from our website.

These two forward players Ansu and Vinicius have left a great impact on the game in recent years. They were seen playing tremendously under pressure and hard circumstances despite their limited experience in playing such big matches.

Gerard Pique Celebrating

This upcoming El Clasico on Sunday will see Real Madrid’s Vinicius and Barcelona’s Ansu play head to head. Vinicius is in the best form of his career these days while Ansu has come back after a year as he was on the sideline due to his knee injury.

"Vinicius is quicker, more electric, he's more of a pure winger," Pique said of the comparison between the two young stars.

"Ansu scores more and can play as a striker. I'd say Ansu scores more and that the other one is more electric, and in one-on-ones, he's one of the best in the world."

Barcelona has signed a new contract this week with Fati to play for them till 2027. It shows that Fati will be playing an important role for Barcelona in El Clasico this Sunday.

"Barcelona need players like that, goalscorers," Pique added on the teenager.

"The people need it, and even more when the most important player in our history has left, but we have to be realistic with him.

"He's 19 years old and here the one who has to win games is the team, he helps with goals."

If Real Madrid wins this El Clasico on Sunday it means that they win a third consecutive El Clasico for the first time after almost 43 years. They made consecutive wins in 1978.
