Alex Cuthbert is predictable
to be taken after Wales' latest win over Scotland, with a re-fitted Josh Adams
returning on the other side to replace Rees Zammit.
Josh Adams, who has returned
to fitness, replaces Rees-Zammit, who plays for Gloucester against Leicester on
Saturday.
