Australia looking forward to the Rugby World Cup 2023
Australian coach Dave Rennie has completed trials and assessments of his rugby stock and will begin on Australia for the Rugby World Cup 2023 training this year. Rennie has seen 20 players make his Test debut since he took over as coach in 2020, and for his part, it is enough to convince him that Australia will have enough depth. If they set their wonders on winning the World Cup 1999 for the first time. Meaningful he has up to 15 tests this year - with plans yet to be confirmed - Rennie believes the balance between youth and experience is key to the team's hopes.
"We have a lot of knowledge and we have a lot of
confidence in the players we use because I wish we could look at the squad with
more stability," he told rugby.com.au.
But it's static up to the players to achieve and build on the
knowledge they already have. However, the door of choice did not close to any
bombers that showed up
"The door is constantly open, the door for someone who
jumps out of line we certainly don't close. If someone comes out of the field
on the left, they are satisfied," he said.
Experience, particularly in the heat of the World Cup final,
is crucial. In consecutive matches, the winning team is older.
"You've been in it for a long time doesn't mean those
older players still have to perform to be drafted because you're part of the
World Cup just," Rennie said.

“What we've done over the years is pick a few youngsters and expectantly they'll have 40 Test matches by the time they go to the World Cup - or more.
"We learned much more last year. We had a difficult
international season and we have another great season," he said.
Rennie has been keeping an eye on utility guard Kurtley
Beale. He could return to Super Rugby Pacific this year when his tenure in
France ends. Beale was one of many seasoned wallabies to tour Australia last
November.
Beale has impressed Rennie and with a test matches limit of
95, he is an ideal advantage to provide some of the essential experience that
the management of the team needs.
"When he comes home it will be great from our point of
view, he looked severe against Wales that could be his challenge."
