England captain Owen Farrell was injured before England's opening match |
After sustaining an injury against Australia in November, he returns to the club this weekend in the Challenge Cup against London Ireland.
England will attend a training camp in Brighton on Monday
ahead of their Six Nations opener against Scotland at Murrayfield on February
5.
Farrell will not be in training camp with George Ford, who
started the 2019 World Cup final and is the favourite to replace him with the
original lineup that Eddie Jones missed.
Marcus Smith looks likely to start at number 10 with Farrell
in the middle and England fans will be happy to see more young Harlequin stars.
It now looks like Northampton's Courtney Law will at least be
Scotland's captain, and it's unclear if the 30-year-old will be able to play in
an England game.
