has confirmed that World Rugby will investigate the possible opening of player

"World Rugby will
assemble an independent judicial committee to investigate the possible
violations of the World Rugby Article 8 regulation (qualification to
participate in national teams) by the Spanish Rugby Union (FER) during the 2021
