Brazilian soccer superstar Dani Alves talks about Qatar World Cup ambitions in the FIFA+ series 'Dani Crazy Dreams'
Brazilian football superstar Dani Alves is the most honored player in football history with 46 titles, but so far the FIFA World Cup has kept him out of reach. The upcoming World Cup in Qatar in November and December could be the 39-year-old's last chance. Qatar FIFA World Cup fans can buy Brazil Football World Cup Tickets from our website.
Dani Crazy Dream, a six-part
docuseries currently streaming on FIFA+, follows Barcelona player Alves as he
traverses the clubs after a tumultuous time at Sao Paulo FC.

The series was produced for FIFA+ by Maracana Media, a collaboration between Alves, entrepreneur, and producer Thiago Slovinski ("Nando"), director Ulisses Neto and photographer Sam Robles.
"The impression was to
convey the story of the best player in the final moments of his career,"
Neto told Variety.
Alves added: "The main
goal of the series is to build further connections with fans around the
world."
The series follows Alves in
the run-up to the World Cup. In addition to physical training, there were
inspiring encounters with former World Cup players, including former Brazil
captain Cafu, the only player in history to have played in three consecutive
World Cup finals and won the coveted title in 1994 and 2002.
During the series, Alves
visited Cafu at his home, a mecca for the legendary player's various trophies,
the core of which is an exact replica of the World Cup. Alves held the replica
lovingly and it was obvious how much he wanted to win it.

"Those who find it unfortunate to touch a replica of a trophy, I think it's different from most other players. I believe the opposite. That's what I want. That's my goal," said Alves. "So I have to start building a relationship with the trophy. I have to deal with it, touch it, and caress it because the trophy has to come to me. That's what I want - the trophy in my hand. That's the end goal.”
At the same time, Maracana
Media has equally worthy goals. The idea is to tell untold inspiring stories of
athletes and musicians.
"We want to be a
resource for all these athletes and celebrities to tell important stories and
create meaningful content. That's what we want to achieve here," Slovinski
said. Next year's production is a documentary about great female players.
