How many players will Tunisia admit for the 2022 FIFA World Cup?

As a special measure introduced due to the COVID-19 pandemic, national team managers were allowed to bring 26 players to last summer’s European Championships in major tournaments for the first time – while last year’s Copa America allowed teams of 28 players.

When will the final line-up in Tunisia for the 2022 World Cup be announced?

The FIFA World Cup 2022 will take place in November and December, not in June and July. That’s because football is virtually impossible in Qatar’s summer heat, where temperatures sometimes rise above 50 degrees Celsius.

FIFA has set a deadline of October 20 to submit teams. That was 30 days before Senegal’s match against the Netherlands.

Who will be in the final Tunisia 2022 World Cup squad?

Youssef Msakni could be the first name on Jalel Kadri’s roster. The striker, who signed a deal at the club level with Al-Arabi in Qatar, is Tunisia’s captain and has played 83 appearances for the team so far.

Further experiences will be provided by the likes of Wahbi Khazri, Oussama Haddadi and Ali Maaloul. At the other end of the age, the bracket is 19-year-old Hannibal Mejbri, who is currently on Man United’s books. Qatar World Cup 2022 fans can buy Tunisia Vs Australia Tickets from our website.

Kadri will make some important decisions as the game gets closer. Mohamed Ali Yacoubi, Mohamed Amine Ben Amor and Firas Chaouat are three players who have not played for Tunisia this year.

Tunisia’s national football team, the Carthage Eagles, will face the world’s greatest FIFA World Cup champions Brazil in a friendly on September 22, as both sides prepare for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

According to French media L’Equipe, Canal Plus correspondent in Brazil Eric Frozio said the competition will be held in France.

The Latin American giants have opted to play on September 22 after a replay of their World Cup qualifier against Argentina on September 22 was cancelled.

During the pandemic, the two Latin American teams have been suspended for just seven minutes for the September 5, 2021 game for health reasons.

According to reports, the two teams have reached an agreement with FIFA to cancel the replay, as both teams have already qualified for the World Cup.

After Tunisia, the team led by Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) superstar Neymar will face Algeria on September 27 at a venue in France.

This FIFA World Cup means a lot to Tunisia and the Arab world

Hosting the FIFA World Cup in Qatar will be a special moment for football fans in the region, especially for Aymen Sassi, a Tunisian fan who has lived in Doha for seven years.

The 33-year-old engineer, an active member of the Qatari Tunisian community, can’t wait to follow the Carthage Eagles during the competition, which will run from November 20 to December 18. Qatar Football World Cup fans can buy Denmark Vs Tunisia Tickets from our website.

Originally from the Tunisian coastal town of Nabeul, Sassi believes the inaugural FIFA World Cup in the Middle East and Arab world will positively showcase the region to billions of tourists and spectators around the world.

What was it like as a Tunisian to host the FIFA World Cup in the region for the first time?

It is really important because Tunisia is an Arab country and we are proud of Qatar for successfully organizing this World Cup. We celebrated with them when they won the bid in 2010. We know that the Arab world will no longer host a World Cup, for the time being, so we are looking forward to this World Cup.

Are you hosting some Tunisian fan events during the FIFA World Cup?

We will be hosting a few different events for our fans to enjoy. Some are cultural, we plan to have Tunisian singers while others will involve local Tunisian players who are not on the national team. We also reached out to the Guinness Book of World Records to try to break the record for the number of Tunisians gathered in one place in traditional costumes. We have already started marketing and promoting the event.

What is your favourite thing to do in Qatar?

I like to drive through the desert. I am a member of a motorcycle club and we usually go out into the desert early in the morning or in the evening. As for where to go, I would recommend Katara Cultural Village and Msheireb. I also like museums. Pearls are good too, I like Lusail City. I would also like to encourage people to go kayaking in the desert.

How would you describe Tunisia’s desire for football?

From a World Cup perspective, we are proud to support one of the most established Arab countries. We have one of the oldest “super” fan groups in the Arab world and Africa. People love to support their favourite clubs and national teams. Football World Cup 2022 fans to buy FIFA World Cup Tickets from our website.

The huge ‘tifo’ flag is very popular among Tunisian fans and we are preparing to bring two tifos for the match against France because of the historical bond between the two countries. When we played against France, it was like a derby.

You supported Esperance Sportive de Tunis at the 2019 FIFA Club World Cup in Qatar, how much did you enjoy that experience?

It’s hard to describe the joy I felt during the game. We had many Tunisians meeting the team at the airport and we celebrated the club’s centenary at a local hotel. Esperance fans come from all over the world to see them in this game. This is a proud moment for us.

Tunisia plays in the group stage of Qatar 2022 in Education City and Al Janoub. How much do you expect from the game?

We can’t wait to get to the stadium to watch these matches! I have fond memories of the Education City Stadium when Tunisia defeated Oman in the quarter-finals of the FIFA Arab Cup. It’s a great venue and the fans are very close to the pitch. Pleasant ambience. We will arrange for some special slogans to be drawn up to welcome the Tunisian team to both stadiums.

What do you think of Tunisia’s chances in the tournament?

The match against France is the key for us. If we can win or draw, we have a good chance of going through to the next round. This World Cup is very special for Tunisia for two reasons.

First, teams have the means to win. Second, we have over 55,000 Tunisians living in Qatar, so we can guarantee that our stadiums will be full and we will feel at home. This gives our players an extra incentive to win.
